Municipal Corporation of Pune Commissioner Vikram Kumar Saturday issued an ordinance in this regard which would be implemented from Monday.

Staple Stores will be operational every day until 4 p.m., including weekends.

However Non-essential category stores will be allowed to be open until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, but not on weekends. Restaurants and permit rooms will be allowed to open with a capacity of 50% until 4 p.m. Monday to Friday.

For fitness enthusiasts, activities such as cycling, walking and jogging would be permitted from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m., including other sporting activities.

The functions and ceremonies of homologation would always have a restriction of habit. 50 people in total. Social, religious and entertainment programs allowed with 50 people until 4 p.m. Monday to Friday.

• All essential and non-essential e-start services, legal and CA services

• Businesses related to agriculture, APMC Markets are allowed to open until 4 p.m. daily.

• Sale of alcohol at the counter from Monday to Friday until 4 p.m.

• Gym, salon, beauty institute, spa, wellness centers, authorized to open until 4 p.m. by appointment with a capacity of 50%. AC not allowed.

• PMPML buses are allowed to operate with 50% capacity.

• Transport vehicles can only have three people (driver / assistant) and the same rule applies to other vehicles.

• Social and religious programs with 50 participants

• Pet shop and services

• Funerals can be attended by 20 people.

• Public gardens, the grounds will be open every day from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m.

• Restaurants and bars can operate with 50% seating from Monday to Friday until 4 p.m.
