Piers Morgan is one of the lucky ones currently abroad enjoying a sunny vacation.

In an instant, Piers and his three sons sit down around a table at the Sheer Rocks restaurant in Antigua.
âWhat a fantastic place,â he wrote on Instagram.
âIncredible views, fabulous food, exceptional service. Lives up to all the award winning hype. Thank you.â
Piers – who is also the father of a daughter named Elise – also shared a photo of himself enjoying a boat trip on the beautiful waters of the Caribbean.
He posted a Vincent Van Gogh. quote next to the photo, which read: “The heart of man is very much like the sea, it has its storms, it has its tides and in its depths it also has its pearls.”
The presenter is staying at the Jumba Bay Island resort in Antigua.
âMaybe this should become my permanent office,â he said, posting a photo of the beautiful view.
Her son Spencer also briefed fans on their luxurious vacation home.
âThings are going a little better than my last trip to the Caribbean in December,â he wrote.
“Again, that doesn’t mean much given that at this point I was quarantined at a military base for three days after a questionable positive test. Win some, lose some.”
Piers recently battled the coronavirus and earlier this month admitted he was still struggling with “shocking fatigue and little taste / smell” nearly three weeks after his first symptoms.
“On day 18 since the onset of symptoms of Covid and there is still shocking fatigue and little taste / smell,” he wrote on Twitter at the time.
âAnyone else who contracted the virus after being fully vaccinated and having the same ‘trip’? “
Piers believed he caught the virus while watching England play the Euro.
After developing symptoms, which included fever, cold sweats, coughing, sneezing and “strange pains”, he underwent a lateral flow test which came back positive, then a PCR test confirmed the result. .
The presenter stepped down from his role on Good Morning Britain after an argument over his comments on Meghan Markle, but despite his outing, it was recently revealed that he was in the running for the TV Presenter of the Year award at the NTA.
Most Amused to be finally nominated for TV Presenter of the Year at the @OfficialNTAs – although it can be a bit #awks for ITV if I win for my work on @GMB“he wrote on Twitter as she acknowledged his appointment.
“Maybe I should pull a Brando and send Princess Pinocchio to receive it on my behalf.”
