Develop specialized R&D laboratories to assess future challenges and opportunities.

As part of the UAE strategy, planning for the future of Dubai will become a mandatory part of government departments, including reports that will serve as a benchmark for developing government policies and plans.

The UAE strategy also involves several innovative initiatives. The plan is for each government department to have a director of UAE strategy for the future, making the UAE the first government in the world to have this type of post within its departments.
